NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The POWERADE Sweepstakes at 7Eleven (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the 50 U.S. and D.C. (the “Eligibility Area”) who are 18 years of age and the legal age of majority in their state/jurisdiction of primary residence or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of BA Sports Nutrition, LLC (the “Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, 7-Eleven, Inc. (“7-Eleven”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), FIFA World Cup 26™, and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and all Released Sweepstakes Parties’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Central Time (“CT”) on August 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on October 28, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be completed and received during the Sweepstakes Period. 7-Eleven’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter, as follows:
7REWARDS & Speedy Rewards Purchase Entry: The Entrant must be a registered user of 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards to enter the Sweepstakes via purchase (“Purchase Method”). To enter via Purchase Method, Entrants must: (1) use their 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, or Stripes store locations in the Eligibility Area or when placing an order via 7NOW; and purchase one (1) of any size cups of BIG GULP or SLURPEE, any flavor available, including POWERADE flavors of Grape Blitz and Grape Shocker (“Participating Product”). To use their 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account, Entrants must (i) scan their 7-Eleven App or Speedway App or input their registered phone number via the consumer-facing display/PIN pad ("CFD") in-store or at the pump when completing a purchase of a Participating Product or (ii) place an order for a Participating Product through 7NOW while logged in as an Entrant. By completing the steps above, Entrants will automatically receive seven (7) entries into the Sweepstakes (“Purchase Entries”). Purchase Entry transactions must be completed by 11:59:59 pm CT on October 28, 2025.
Registered users of the 7-Eleven, Inc. App (the “7-Eleven App”) are automatically enrolled in 7REWARDS & registered users of the Speedway, LLC App (the “Speedway App”) are automatically enrolled in Speedy Rewards. The 7-Eleven App or the Speedway App can be obtained for free by visiting Google Play or the Apple App Store, downloading either app to your web-enabled iOS or Android mobile device, and following the instructions to register. Data rates may apply. Participation in 7REWARDS and use of the 7-Eleven App are subject to their Terms, available at https://www.7-eleven.com/terms, and Privacy Notice, linked in Section 11. Participation in Speedy Rewards and use of the Speedway App are subject to their Terms, available at https://www.speedway.com/about/terms-and-conditions.
Website Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase, locate the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in store or in digital media during the Sweepstakes Period, and scan the QR Code to visit powerade.com/soccer (the "Website") or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form (“Website Method”) to receive thirty-five (35) entries into the Sweepstakes (“Website Entries”). Website Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 pm CT on October 28, 2025. Website Entries that are generated by AI, incomplete, or inaccurate and Website Entries by any means which may (in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s discretion) subvert the Website Method process and/or fairness of the Sweepstakes are void.
Purchase Entries and Website Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”. Limit thirty-five (35) Entries, per person/email address per day, regardless of method of Entry or combinations of methods of Entry. For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "day" means each calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period, beginning at 12:00:01 am CT and ending at 11:59:59 pm CT. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Rewards Account(s) or email addresses. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities, accounts, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, AI, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of Entry or associated with the applicable Rewards Account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Selection of Winners/Odds: Two (2) potential Grand Prize winners, twenty-five (25) potential First Prize winners, and fifty (50) potential Second Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 29, 2025 from among all eligible Entries received. Prize awards are then subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
Winner/Guest Notification: The potential Grand Prize winners will be contacted via email by 7-Eleven and required to sign a release (“Release”) and return it via email within the time frame specified in the notification, or the potential Grand Prize winner be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner will be selected. The potential Grand Prize winners will be contacted again via email by the Administrator and required to sign and return via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release and assignment of Rights (collectively, “Declaration”), including their guest’s information within 48 hours of notification in order to be confirmed a Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winners’ guests (and, if a guest is a minor, the parent or legal guardian of such guest) must complete a release of liability and publicity release and assignment of rights (collectively, “Waiver”) within 48 hours of notification attempt or winner will be disqualified. In order for any Grand Prize winner to be confirmed, they, along with their guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian, if a minor) must return all documents in the timeframe specified above in order to receive the prize. If a potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Release within the time frame specified in the notification, the completed Declaration within 48 hours, the guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian, if a minor) fails to return the Waiver within 48 hours, or the Release, Declaration, or Waiver is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, and the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected, time permitting. All other potential winners will be notified via email on or around October 29, 2025 by 7-Eleven. Potential winners will be required to sign a Release and return it via email within the time frame specified in the notification, or the potential winner be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner will be selected. The potential winners will be contacted again via email by the Administrator, and must respond to the email with the required verification information within the timeframe specified or winner may be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Once verified, First Prize winners will be sent their prizes to their email addresses within 1-3 days prior to their game date. Second Prize winners will be sent their prizes to the mailing address provided within 4-6 weeks after verification. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection, time permitting. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per prize. If all alternate potential winners are disqualified, that prize may not be awarded.
Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
Grand Prizes (2): A four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend a Sponsor-specified FIFA World Cup™ game date in 2026 (“Event”). Trip includes round trip economy air transportation for Grand Prize winner and guest from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) to the Event, a $250 digital gift card for ground transportation, three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the designated Event. Grand Prize does not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here. The Grand Prize winner will also receive $1,000 for spending money, awarded in the form of a digital gift card. Total ARV of each Grand Prize package: $7,250. The Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the prize, including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Grand Prize winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of prizes received in the year that prize is awarded. Gift cards and FIFA game tickets are subject to applicable terms and conditions. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor.
Flag Bearer (optional): In the event that Grand Prize winner would like to bring as their one (1) guest, a child (ages 13-17) who is the winner’s child/ward, grandchild, niece or nephew to attend the Event and be a Flag Bearer, the child guest will receive one (1) on-field pass for the opportunity to be on the field before kickoff and be shown on the video board as a Flag Bearer. The Grand Prize winner or the parent/legal guardian of the child guest will be required to complete a waiver prior to the Flag Bearer experience in order for the child guest to participate. Flag Bearer will be required to be at the stadium five (5) hours prior to kick-off for training. The flag the child will be holding will be Sponsor-specified. Grand Prize winner will not receive an on-field experience; they will just drop off the child guest for the Flag Bearer experience. If the Grand Prize winner’s guest is not a child (13-17), the Flag Bearer portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited, with no compensation given.
Grand Prize winners and their guests agree that Sponsor or its agents may photograph, videotape or record any aspects of the Event and/or Flag Bearer experience (“Event Footage”) and that all right, title and interest in such Event Footage will be owed by Sponsor and may be used by Sponsor and its designees, in whole or in part, and separate or together with other materials, in any way they see fit.
First Prizes (25): Two (2) tickets to attend a Sponsor-specified FIFA World Cup™ game in 2026. (ARV: $300 each). No travel or accommodations are included in the First Prizes, and there is no guarantee that the selected game will be within a reasonable travelling distance from the winner’s home. Tickets must be used on a date at a location determined by Sponsor or First Prize will be forfeited and no compensation provided. Terms and conditions apply to tickets and govern in the event of game postponement or cancellation. Seat assignments are Sponsor-specified. If winner’s guest is a minor, winner must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winners and guests are responsible for complying with all venue and event rules and regulations. Failure to do may result in expulsion from the game.
Second Prizes (50): A FIFA Gear Pack, including one (1) POWERADE squeeze bottle and one (1) soccer ball (ARV: $45 each).
Grand Prize trips must be taken on dates as determined by the Sponsor surrounding the Event or Grand Prize will be forfeited and no compensation provided. Guests must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the corresponding Grand Prize winner. ARV of a Grand Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of any Grand Prize will not be awarded. Prizes consist only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the prizes and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize winners are responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Failure to obtain required travel documents by Grand Prize winners and their respective guests may result in forfeiture of Grand Prize and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner selection, by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, time permitting. If a prize or prize component becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. In the event a Grand Prize winner and/or guest engage in behavior during Event that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor and, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor and reserves the right to terminate their travel early, and send the Grand Prize winner and guest home with no obligations or compensation to that Grand Prize winner. In the event the Flag Bearer portion of Grand Prize is not able to take place for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded (regardless of winner’s guest) and no compensation will be given. The Grand Prize winners and guests must comply with all Covid and other protocols in place at time of the trip. All taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
Total ARV of all prizes: $24,250. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty, either express or implied. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Any winners who have any inquiries regarding their prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes Period has ended (and any outstanding prizes will be forfeited after that time). Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules can be won in the Sweepstakes. If, because of a computer glitch, fraud, or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number specified in these Official Rules, alternate potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all valid claimants received to award the prize or prizes available for the time period in question. Limit one (1) prize per person. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. The Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules will be disclosed. The Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer, app or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, stolen, garbled, incomplete, corrupted, delayed, or misdirected Entries, transactions, email, or other communications of any kind; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, network, typographical, or electronic, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the functionality of the 7-Eleven or Speedway App, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules at any time, at its discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. The Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, illegible or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and the winners and guests release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity (including any travel related thereto), or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s/guest’s consent to the Released Sweepstakes Parties’ use of winner’s/guest’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown, state, prize information and Event Footage (as applicable) for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide in perpetuity, without further notice, payment or consideration, or permission.
Fraudulent Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the entry process, or prize determination, including but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates the Official Rules. Any such actions may also result in disqualification and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and all any and all Claims (“Claims”) (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in New York, NY; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of New York for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of New York, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Sweepstakes Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of playing and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Sweepstakes Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.
Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. The information provided by Entrants will only be used as provided in these Official Rules. See 7-Eleven's Privacy Notice at https://www.7-eleven.com/privacy and Speedway's Privacy Notice at https://www.speedway.com/about/privacy-policy for details regarding the use of the personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Notices, these Official Rules shall control. By participating, the Entrant grants the Sponsor permission to share the Entrant's name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information with the Administrator solely for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and fulfillment.
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant entering by Website Method gives consent for Sponsor to obtain Entrant’s email, date of Entry, and number of Entries and other information and deliver such information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information Entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes.
