OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Jet’s® Pizza and Coca-Cola Celebration Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of Jet’s® America, Inc (the “Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola bottlers, United Parks & Resorts Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, crew members, employees & Franchise Owners, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 20, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Sweepstakes Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or point of sale at Jet’s Pizza and scan the QR code to visit promotion.coke.com/DetroitStylePizzaCelebration (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to complete the registration form by providing your name, email address, date of birth, ZIP code, and phone number. On subsequent days, you may return to the Website and log in with your email address to enter. Next, follow the instructions to play the game (the “Game”), where you will have the opportunity to collect virtual items (“Game Play”). You may skip the Game any time to receive the maximum number of Entries as indicated below. Once a Game Play is complete, you will receive one (1) entry for every three (3) virtual items collected (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes, up to a maximum of ten (10) Entries. Limit ten (10) Entries per Entrant per day. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET, except for the first day of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 10:00 am ET on June 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on June 23, 2025.

   Earning Bonus Entries: You can receive a bonus entry (each a “Bonus Entry”) through the various options set forth below by following the on-screen instructions available on the Website:

   1. Follow or Like Jet’s Pizza on Facebook: During the Sweepstakes, after completion of an Entry, visit https://www.facebook.com/JetsPizza/ and follow the instructions to either “follow” or “like” the Jet’s Facebook page (“Facebook Follow or Like”). You will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry via this method. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry via Facebook Follow or Like during the Sweepstakes Period.

   2. Follow Jet’s Pizza on Instagram: During the Sweepstakes, after completion of an Entry, visit https://www.instagram.com/jetspizza/ and follow the instructions to “follow” the Jet’s Instagram page (“Instagram Follow”). You will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry via this method. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry via Instagram Follow during the Sweepstakes Period.

   3. Follow Jet’s Pizza on TikTok: During the Sweepstakes, after completion of an Entry, visit https://www.tiktok.com/@jetspizza and follow the instructions to “follow” the Jet’s TikTok page (“TikTok Follow”). You will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry via this method. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry via TikTok Follow during the Sweepstakes Period.

   4. Sharing via Link: During the Sweepstakes, after completion of an Entry, follow the instructions to copy the share link to your clipboard. You may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards and personal web pages or in emails (“Shared Link”) (subject to compliance with the applicable platform’s terms of service and applicable anti-spam laws in the U.S.). You will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry via this method. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry via the Shared Link during the Sweepstakes Period.

   5. Loyalty Program Opt-In: During the Sweepstakes, after completion of an Entry, follow the instructions to opt-in to Jet’s Pizza’s Jet’s Rewards loyalty program (“Loyalty Program Opt-In”) by providing your first name, last name, zip code, date of birth, creating a password and agreeing to the Jet’s Terms and conditions, which can be found by visiting https://www.jetspizza.com/rewards-terms-and-conditions/. You will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry via this method. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry via the Loyalty Program Opt-In during the Sweepstakes Period. You may opt-out of the Loyalty Program Opt-In at any time.

   6. Match Game: During the Sweepstakes, after completion of an Entry, follow the instructions to play the memory match game (the “Match Game”). Upon completion of the Match Game, you will automatically receive one (1) Bonus Entry via this method. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry via the Match Game during the Sweepstakes Period.

   “Entries” and “Bonus Entries” are collectively referred to as “Entries”. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

4. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) Frist Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 21, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

   Grand Prize (1): Four (4) Sponsor-specified flight vouchers [one (1) for the winner and three (3) guests] for an airline to be determined by the Sponsor (“Voucher”), a $500 Jet’s gift card for the winner, $1,000 spending money for the winner awarded as a check and four (4) one (1) day tickets to winner’s choice of SeaWorld® (Orlando, FL, San Diego, CA, or San Antonio, TX location) or Busch Gardens® (Tampa Bay, FL or Williamsburg, VA location) (“Tickets”) for one (1) Sponsor-specified experience (“Experience”) as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. Each Experience also includes one (1) standard parking pass and four (4) refill cups with single day refills. Minimum ARV of the Grand Prize is $6,150 and the maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is $6,850.

   Hotel accommodations are not included with the Grand Prize. Use of Tickets and Sponsor-specified Experience will depend upon winner’s dates of travel; see below for details. If the winner does not travel by the date below, Tickets and Experience will be forfeited with no additional compensation for that portion of the Prize.

   Busch Gardens & SeaWorld Terms and Conditions: Ticket can only be used on the date selected. Parking, taxes, shipping and service fees are additional. Ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale. Park may temporarily close due to capacity limitations or for poor weather conditions. Due to safety restrictions and pool water depth, all in-water participants must be at least 48" tall without shoes. Participants will be measured for this height requirement at check-in. Winner and guests must remove all jewelry, piercings, and hair accessories prior to entering the water. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Interaction participants are not permitted to take any cameras or electronic devices in the water with them, for the safety of our animals. Observers are permitted to bring one (1) camera or device to take pictures and videos of your program. Reservation Confirmation is only valid for the date of your reservation. Program times, components and animal participation are subject to change.

   Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. If the Grand Prize winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their prize with less than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner only and any participating guests and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Guests (or winner on behalf of minor guests) must complete a Release of Liability prior to departure. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times (i.e., the Grand Prize winner). Failure to obtain required documents by Grand Prize winner and guests may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing, from among all remaining eligible Entries. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

   All Tickets, Experiences, and Vouchers are subject to Terms and Conditions, expiration dates and blackout dates specified thereon. Vouchers must be redeemed by 1/20/26 for travel that must take place by 10/1/26. Vouchers are valid only on the Sponsor-specified airline’s operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by the Sponsor-specified airline within the 50 United States and D.C.. If the winner does not live in a city served by the Sponsor-specified airline, the winner is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by the Sponsor-specified airline. Vouchers will not be refunded or redeemed for cash or credit at any time and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by the Sponsor-specified airline. Expiration dates will not be extended. Certain restrictions may apply. Tickets must be used by 9/14/2026. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed events, unless otherwise indicated. In the event the Grand Prize winner engages in behavior during travel or amusements parks (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel and eject them from the amusement parks early and send the Grand Prize winner and /guest(s) home with no obligations or compensation to the winner. Grand Prize may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by winners. Released Sweepstakes Parties and United Parks & Resorts Inc. make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, Prize may vary from what has been advertised, pictured, etc. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the Prize. The Released Sweepstakes Parties and United Parks & Resorts Inc. are not responsible for damage to the Prize or loss of a Prize after the Prize has been delivered to the confirmed Grand Prize winner.

   If the Grand Prize Experience, in part or in its entirety, is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, or for any other reason whatsoever, then Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

   First Prize (1): Jet’s Pizza for one (1) year, awarded as $1,040 in Jet’s Pizza gift cards. Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply.

   Total minimum ARV of all prizes: $7,190. Total maximum ARV of all prizes is: $7,890.

   The Grand Prize and First Prize are collectively referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Prize per person.

6. Winner Notification: The potential winners will be contacted via email and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as a Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the applicable Prize, time permitting. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prizes will be fulfilled to the winners to the mailing address/email address provided within 6-8 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the applicable Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize, time permitting. The winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Prize winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Prize for the year the Prize is awarded. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

8. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants, Prize winners, and Grand Prize winner’s guests release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties, United Parks & Resorts Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., and TikTok Inc. from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.

9. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple registrations, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties and United Parks & Resorts Inc., from and all any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Michigan; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Michigan for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants, United Parks & Resorts Inc., or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

11. Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted at https://www.jetspizza.com/privacy-policy/. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc or TikTok Inc. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta Platforms, Inc or TikTok Inc. Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok Inc. is completely released of all liability from each Entrant in this Sweepstakes.
