Eligibility: The Coca-Cola® x United Airlines®
100 Years of United Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the
“Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win
Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal
residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of game play/entry
and who have a mortgage or rental agreement (if a winner of a Bilt Prize),
prior to the start date (“Entrant”). Void
outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The
Coca-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”),
Coca-Cola bottlers, United Airlines, Inc., Lyft, Inc., Vivid Seats LLC,
Bilt Technologies, Inc., Timeshifter, Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc.
(“Administrator”), and their respective
subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners,
agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively,
the “Released Promotion Parties”) as well
as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and
household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws
and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and
unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am
Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2026 and
ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will consist of four (4) Sweepstakes
entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”), an
overall Grand Prize random drawing and an overall First Prize random
drawing as described below. All Entry Periods begin at 12:00 am ET on the
first day of the Entry Period and end at 11:59 pm ET on the last day of
the Entry Period, except for Entry Period 1 which begins at 10:00 am ET on
April 1, 2026 and ends on 11:59 pm ET on April 7, 2026.

How to Participate: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to
participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During
the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material on print collateral, in
digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit
https://promotion.coke.com/100yearsofunited
(the “Website”) or visit the Website
directly. Next, follow the instructions to provide your registration
information by including your name, email address, address, and date of
birth. Once registered, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play
(“Game Play”). Next, follow the
instructions to click the button to spin the reels to play the match game
(“Game Animation”). Once the Game Play is
complete, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize or a
non-win message, and whether or not you are determined a winner, you will
receive one (1) entry into the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period random
drawing, Grand Prize random drawing, and First Prize random drawing and
any subsequent Entry Period’s random drawing(s) (each an
“Entry”).
You may skip the Game Animation at any time and will still receive a
Game Play and Entries.
After you have completed the Game Play and received Entries, you may
receive additional Entries/Game Plays (each a “Bonus Entry” and “Bonus Game Play”) by
clicking on the “Sign-In” or “Join Now”
MileagePlus button, clicking on the future marketing communications
button, and/or clicking on the MileagePlus x Lyft link accounts button
(each an “Action”). You will receive one
(1) Bonus Entry for the applicable Entry Period’s random drawing,
Grand Prize random drawing, and First Prize random drawing and one Bonus
Game Play for each Action you complete and you will receive your Bonus
Entries/Bonus Game Play(s) upon clicking of each of the buttons. You do
not need to sign in or join MileagePlus, sign up for marketing emails or
link your MileagePlus and Lyft accounts to receive Bonus Entries/Game
Play(s). Limit one (1) Game Play/Entry per Entrant per day and up to four
(4) Bonus Entries/Bonus Game Plays for the entire Promotion Period. A day
is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a
calendar day, except for the first day of the Promotion, which begins at
10:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 30, 2026.
Game Plays and Bonus Game Plays shall collectively be referred to as
“Game Plays.” Entries and Bonus Entries shall collectively
be referred to as “Entries.”
Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game
Plays/Entries by using multiple/different accounts, email addresses,
identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that
Entrant’s Game Plays/Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified
from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play/Entry,
the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for
the Promotion will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account
holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet
access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible
for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted
address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the
authorized account holders.

Sweepstakes Random Drawings: One (1) Grand Prize winner
and one (1) First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or
about May 6, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the
Promotion Period. Four (4) separate Entry Period drawings will take place
on or about May 6, 2026 to select three (3) winners for each Entry Period
from among all eligible Entries received during each respective Entry
Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent
judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters
related to the drawing. Non-winning Entries for any Entry Period will not
be carried forward to subsequent Entry Period(s).

Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of
winning a Prize:

used for air travel within the 50 U.S./D.C., one (1) United ClubSM
All-Access Membership for the Grand Prize winner only , a $100 Coke Store

This certificate is valid for the number of confirmed roundtrip
ticket(s) as defined under credits in the authorization details. If
issued for one-way travel, any unused portion will be forfeited.

Certificate valid only on flights operated by United Airlines or
operated by other airlines and branded “United Express”.
Otherwise, it is not valid on flights operated by other airlines, such
as United-Marketed code share and Star Alliance flights.
Itinerary must be a published fare routing.

All travel must be completed by the expiration date listed under
authorization details. Extension of the expiration date is not
permitted under any circumstances.
Open jaws are permitted.
Stopovers and circle trip combinations are not permitted.
Open tickets are not permitted.

United Airlines reserves the right to limit the number of seats
available for travel in conjunction with this certificate.

Customer is liable for all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges.
MileagePlus miles will not be awarded.

All MileagePlus upgrade types (including PlusPoints upgrades) are not
permitted. Paid premium cabin upgrades are permitted and may be
offered on united.com at time of booking or at check-in, subject to
availability and their terms and conditions.

This offer is subject to any government approval and is invalid where

This certificate is nontransferable and is void if sold or exchanged

In the event of flight irregularity, alternate travel will be provided
in the indicated class of service (subject to availability) only on
United flights. United assumes no responsibility for any expenses, or
tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer and associated
ticket(s) including, but not limited to expenses for accommodations,
food or circumstances beyond the control of United.

United’s Contract of Carriage will be applicable to all travel
undertaken, hereby.
Lyft Credits Terms and Conditions: Lyft credits are subject to
Lyft’s Terms of Service and applicable policies. Credits are
non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged.
Grand Prize winner must have or create a valid Lyft account to redeem the
credit. Credits may only be used within the Lyft platform and are valid
only in regions where Lyft operates. Any unused portion of the credit will
be forfeited. Credits are subject to expiration as determined by Lyft and
will expire within 1-year expiration from the date of issuance. Use of
Lyft services is subject to Lyft’s standard terms, conditions, and
availability.
First Prize (1): 100,000 MileagePlus Miles, two (2)
United ClubSM One Time Passes, and a check in the amount of
$525 that can be used towards income taxes associated with the First
Prize. ARV: $2,643.
MileagePlus Terms and Conditions: MileagePlus miles are subject to the
terms and conditions of the United MileagePlus program. Miles have no cash
value and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. A valid
United MileagePlus account is required to receive and use miles. Miles are
non-transferable except as permitted by the MileagePlus program rules.
Redemption of miles is subject to availability, award rules, and
applicable restrictions. United Airlines reserves the right to modify,
suspend, or terminate the MileagePlus program or the validity of miles at
any time. Use of miles constitutes acceptance of the MileagePlus program
terms and conditions.
Entry Period Prizes:

Bilt Prize (4 total, 1 per Entry Period): A one-time
payment of up to $2,500 Bilt toward winner’s verified monthly
residential housing obligation and a check in the amount of $625 that
can be used towards income taxes associated with the Bilt Prize. ARV:
$3,125.
Bilt Terms and Conditions apply: Bilt residential housing payment
prizes are subject to Bilt’s Terms and Conditions and
applicable policies. Prizes are non-transferable, and may not be sold,
exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Recipient must have or create a valid
Bilt account to redeem the prizes. To claim a Bilt Prize, recipient
must be a signatory party to an active residential rental or mortgage
agreement or similar documentation of monthly residential real estate
obligations at the time of Bilt Prize notification, and must provide
proof of such qualifying agreement through the Bilt platform. Any
difference between the recipient's rent/mortgage amount and the $2,500
maximum prize amount shall not be awarded. Prizes may only be redeemed
toward recipient's verified residential rent/mortgage obligation in
accordance with Bilt's program rules. Bilt Prizes may be subject to
expiration, usage limitations, and other restrictions as determined by
Bilt.

United Airlines Travel Package (4 total, 1 per Entry
Period):
A United Airlines travel package for the winner and one (1) travel
companion consisting of two (2) United Airlines flight vouchers that
can be used in the 50 U.S./D.C., two (2) United ClubSM
passes, and a check in the amount of $765 that can be used towards
income taxes associated with the United Airlines Travel Package Prize
for the United Airlines Travel Package Prize winner. ARV: $3,833.
United ClubSM one time pass Terms and Conditions: A
one-time pass grants one-person one-time access to a United Club
location. Children under 2 years old may accompany someone accessing a
United Club location with a one-time pass. A one-time pass cannot be
used at United Arrivals Lounges, United Polaris lounges or Partner
Lounges. A same-day boarding pass for travel on United, Star
AllianceTM or a contracted partner operated flight is
required for entry. Access to Lounges may be denied for one-time pass
users during busy times when Lounges are at or near capacity. One-time
passes will not be honored or accepted after their displayed
expiration date. United Club passes have no cash value, cannot be
sold, bartered, traded or exchanged. Passes cannot be replaced if lost
or stolen. One-time pass may be used for entry only during the three
hours immediately prior to the scheduled departure time for your
flight. This time limit is not applicable during the time period
between two connecting flights on the same itinerary. One-time pass is
not valid for access to Club Fly and other non-standard United Club
concepts, as determined by United.
Airline vouchers are for travel from major airport in the United States
nearest winner's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's
regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize/Entry Period Prizes may not
be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent
flyer miles. Grand Prize/Entry Period Prize winners and travel companions
must travel together on the same itinerary. The travel companions (or
winner on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their
child/charge) of the Grand Prize/Entry Period winners, will be required to
execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All travelers must have
valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., REAL ID-compliant
driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver identification,
passport (or passport card), VISA etc.]. All travel must be completed by
April 30, 2027 (or prize may be forfeited, with no compensation); dates of
departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions
and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to
availability and confirmation of reservations. If the Grand Prize/Entry
Period Prizewinners elect to travel or participate in the Grand
Prize/Entry Period Prize travel with no travel companion, no additional
compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Grand
Prize/Entry Period Prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.
All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but
not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment,
transfers, and transportation to/from airport and winner’s home
residence are the winner's sole responsibility. In the event that the
Grand Prize/Entry Period Prizewinner or their travel companion engage in
behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole
discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended
to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the
right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any portion of
the trip, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize/Entry Period Prize
winner and their travel companion home with no further compensation to
winner. Winner and their travel companion must follow any applicable
protocols in place at time of travel. All air travel is subject to the
terms and conditions of the travel voucher and United’s Contract of
Carriage.

Vivid Seats Gift Card Terms and Conditions: Vivid Seats gift cards are
subject to Vivid Seats’ terms and conditions and applicable
policies, including but not limited to the terms located at
https://www.vividseats.com/gift-center. Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash (except where
required by law), and may not be resold. Gift cards may only be used
toward eligible purchases on the Vivid Seats platform. Gift cards cannot
be used to purchase additional gift cards. If additional payment is
required following use of a gift card, the purchaser must pay for the
balance of the transaction through an alternate form of payment, such as a
credit card. Gift cards may be subject to expiration, usage limitations,
and other restrictions as determined by Vivid Seats.
Timeshifter Gift Card Terms and Conditions: Timeshifter gift cards and
subscriptions are subject to Timeshifter’s Terms of Use at
www.timeshifter.com/terms/terms-of-use. Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and governed
by Timeshifter’s policies. Winners must have or create a
Timeshifter account to redeem.
Coke Store Gift Code Terms and Conditions: Consumers must redeem the full
value of the code in one transaction. Balance does not carry over.
Promotions cannot be stacked. In the event the order is canceled or
returned, the amount paid for via code will be forfeited. The code cannot
be reissued. Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
All Cola-Cola Store Gift codes expire on October 31, 2026. Coca-Cola Store
Gift codes are only redeemable at coca-colastore.com. Code is
non-transferable and no cash value. Valid for US Only.
Grand Prize, First Prize, Entry Period Prizes, and Game Prizes will be
collectively referred to as a “Prize” or
“Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of a
Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of
Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other
substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize
in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any
reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Game Prize, and
one (1) Grand Prize, First Prize or Entry Period Prize per
person/household.
Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning a Grand
Prize or First Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries
received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning an Entry Period
Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for the
applicable Entry Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the
date/time of Game Play, the number of Game Prizes remaining available at
the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received during
the Promotion Period. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will
diminish as they are awarded during the Promotion Period. No transfer,
cash or other substitution of any Prize is permitted except Sponsor may
substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater
retail value for any reason. Resale of any Prize is prohibited.

Game Prize Winner Notification: The potential Game Prize
winners will be notified during the Game and via email after receiving a
Game Prize win message. Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game
Prize winners at the email addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after the
end of the Promotion. The potential Game Prize winners of the 10,000
MileagePlus Miles Prize will be contacted via email at the end of the
Promotion and will be required to provide their MileagePlus Miles number
within three (3) days in order to receive their Game Prize or the
applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified from receiving the Game
Prize. Return of any Game Prize or notification as undeliverable, it will
result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited.

Verification: All winners are subject to confirmation,
verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these
Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted
becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due
to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are
delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are claimed than are intended
to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of Game Prizes will be
awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received.
The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or
damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer
relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or
software in connection with the Promotion.

Sweepstakes Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment:
The potential Grand Prize winner, First Prize winner, and Entry Period
Prize winners will be contacted via email and will be required to sign and
return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where
prohibited, publicity release
(“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48)
hours of notification in order to be confirmed as the Grand Prize winner.
If a potential Prize winner fails to respond to the email or return the
completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours, or Declaration is
returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, Prize
will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Upon
Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prizes will then be
fulfilled to the Prize winners to the email addresses provided within 6-8
weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as
undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited
and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one
of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate
must complete and return the Declaration in the timeframe specified. Up to
three (3) alternates may be selected. The Prize winners are solely
responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable),
including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the
reporting consequences thereof. The Grand Prize winner and the winner of
the Bilt Prize will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the
Prize for the year the Prize is awarded. Any winners who have inquiries
regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six
(6) months after the Promotion has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will
be forfeited after that time).

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the
Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its
agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice,
opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing,
and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice,
payment or consideration.

General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant
fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and
the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final
and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal
Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’
online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole
responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues
with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property
of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries
specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be
disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise
set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other
connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone
transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected
transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or
other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the
event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason,
including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human
intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar
occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the
control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security,
fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in
its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the
Game Prizes claimed prior to such action and select the Sweepstakes Grand
Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to
cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of
receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants, Prize
winners, and Grand Prize winner’s travel companion release and hold
harmless the Released Promotion Parties from and against any and all
liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries,
damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in
connection with submitting a Game Play/Entry or otherwise participating in
any aspect of the Promotion. the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize
awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related
activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or
the announcement or offering of any Prize.

Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper
with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry/Game Play process, the
operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination,
including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or
fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries/Game Plays
generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means
that subvert the Entry/Game Play process, will be disqualified and may
result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions
conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to
disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited
conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts,
submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates
these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and
civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right
to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such
individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any
Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be
disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will
defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties from
any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims
arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded
shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in
Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal
jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute
and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction;
(d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual
damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering
this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no
circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant
hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential
